You could potentially make a temporary "Mod" group with little to no powers for the participators of the match, no? Like "Participators" or something? If it was that important for it to be private as that guy form the other clan is a member no?

Another important thing is "never go alone", you always need a teammate to help you, this is the main reason why most people die!

The only ones who should really be 'seperate' from the group are the Scouts. They're quick enough to retreat to a Medic if need be and their job is to heckle the enemy team with ambushes. I agree though, stick together, especially near the Medic! He heals us and we protect him.
