News on Half Life 2 Episode 3!

'Valve have recently stated in an interview that by popular demand, Gordon Freeman's brother John Freeman will be starring as the main protagonist in the new episode. Gabe Newell stated "we wanted to go further with the Half Life series and adopting a new protagonist is the first step." However when asked when the game will be finished, a simple "when it's done" was given.'
What do you guys think anyway? I mean, sure the release date isn't there, but playable John Freeman?! Sweet!
