Sometimes with Huntsman arrows, their body parts can start spinning. Try shooting someone in the head, whilst on top of them, they become stuck to the floor and their legs or arms flail about.
This is a more common one for the Sniper where he looks rather camp. I just happened to catch him spinning his arm like a windmill.
I've got another one with a Dead Ringer Spy who was having a seizure whilst IN the floor.
