What decisions did you make? (SPOILERS)

What decisions did you make throughout the game. I'll make a list, and just copy paste it with your changes.

General character:
Freda - City Elf Warrior
Allistair, Morrigan, Wynne
Good

Sided with:

Mages
Dalish Elves
Bhelen
Killed Eamon's wife to perform the Blood Mage ritual
Freed Sten
Didn't kill Zevran
Helped Wynne
Helped Dog
Allistair became the King
Loghain was killed by Allistair

It will be fun to see everyones specific choices. If I have missed any vital decisions then tell me and I'll add them.

There's also:

Killing the High Dragon
Defiling or preserving the Sacred Ashes
Letting Brother Genitivi live or not.

For example:

If you let the High Dragon live, get some ashes then return to Genitivi and let him walk away; in the epilogue, people go to find the ashes, but they are killed by the High Dragon, then the dragon destroys the Urn itself and leaves.

Other ones include:

Creating a Chantry at Orzammar (Actually very bad consequences!)
Destroying or Preserving the Anvil of the Void.

I can't think of anymore...

ANYWAY!

My final party was:

Pelleas (Offensive/Defensive Mage), Alistair (Tank), Wynne (Healer), Shale (Support and Defense)
I tried to remain good, but I just HAD to let the Werewolves win this time.

My choices were:

Sided with the Mages
Let Zevran live.
Had a 100 approval love relationship with Leliana.
Sided with the Werewolves (The curse spreads and eventually they are wiped out by an army.)
Destroyed the Anvil of the Void. (Funnily enough, in the epilogue, they try to recover it again, build a Golem and then are killed by it.)
Made Bhelen the new King.
Created a Chantry at Orzammar.
Used the Circle Mages to enter the Fade.
Made a deal with a Desire Demon.
Killed the High Dragon.
Preserved the Urn of Sacred Ashes.
Let Brother Genitivi live.
Duelled Loghain myself.
Executed Loghain.
Alistair with a hardened personality became King alone.
Battled the Archdemon with Alistair, Wynne and Shale.
Refused the ritual with Morrigan and sacrificed myself to kill the Archdemon. (However, I slept with Morrigan once so she was seen with a child in the epilogue.)

Companion wise:

Alistair ruled extremely well with a loveable attitude.
Shale became bored and left.
Sten returned to the Quanari and told tales of one human he respected. (It better have been me or he's disrespecting the dead! )
Leliana returned to Orlais with thoughts of her loved one. She had a hardened personality so she may have gone for revenge on those who drove her out.
