Yes, we know all the NPC's in Fallout suffer from bug eyed syndrome, but anyone got any faves?
My favourite would have to be Lucas Simms cause he's gonna "fuck a ninja."

Also the Dad because of:
"Run!" That he lays down the law by using a sledgehammer.

Probably Lucas Simms, Liberty Prime (for the lulz) or that guy from the Dark Brotherhood whos name I've forgotten. Because if you piss him off he attacks you while crying like a little baby

Everyone seems to hate her, but I think Moira is my favourite NPC. She is very naive and funny.

i have only seen the first npc once u get out, i dont know his name but he might be Lucas Simms, hes good man
