This is mostly preference for VS or Scavenge Mode but if they look cool for you then go for it. 
My favourite would have to be the Spitter. It's very fun causing a lot of carnage and I seem to always do at least 300 damage on average when I use her.
That and spitting on 7 gas cans in Scavenge is amazing.
